Via its website www.foto.com hereunder the « Site », FOTOcom SA - Parc Scientifique Einstein, rue du Bosquet 19B, 1348 Louvain-la-Neuve. « FOTOCOM » offers you a number of services, including primarily online digital photo printing, online digital photo sharing and availability of related software for personal use (hereunder the « Services »).

All new or additional service offered by FOTOCOM via the Site will be included in the Services.

These services adhere to the conditions defined hereunder.
These conditions can be modified at all times by FOTOCOM. It is your sole responsibility to regularly update your knowledge of these conditions and how they may affect you.

When you place an order with Foto.com for products or services for which there is a charge, we will then charge the valid credit or debit card that you supply the details for. As with most e commerce transactions, like buying airline or theatre tickets for example, we always accept your payment at the time of the order.

Cancellation Policy:
Please be aware that according to current legislation your normal rights for withdrawal do not apply in the service we provide of creating items which have been personalised by you for us to make. By agreeing to the terms here you are agreeing that we can start work on your order immediately and before any normal cancellation period ends.

All web users visiting the Site, even occasionally, and/or using the Services must respect the terms and conditions of the website foto.com

Moreover, there are additional specific terms and conditions that apply to the digital photo printing service and photo sharing service.
Information with respect to the usage of personal data of the Site clients by FOTOCOM is available within the privacy statement clause in relation to the protection of your personal data.

Order Cancellation disclaimer
Foto.com delivers products exclusively created according to your personal specifications (customer specifications). These orders are agreed to and become a binding contract at the time the order is placed by you, with us and then they are customised to your personal wishes. Therefore, please be aware that you have no legal right of withdrawal once that order is placed!
